CDEK Fulfillment: integration with Wildberries (FBS)

The following is required to integrate CDEK Fulfillment and the store at Wildberries:

Access to the personal account of the Wildberries seller
Create a warehouse in the Wildberries personal account with the "To Wildberries Warehouse" delivery type (FBS)
Prepare goods for synchronization with Wildberries
Access to the personal account of CDEK Fulfillment

Preparation of goods

Important: if you sell clothes or other goods whose size is indicated, the only suitable option is a barcode match, because in this case Wildberries will have several products with the same SKU.

There are two types of product matches:

Based on the SKU. If you chose this method, make sure that the "SKU" in the Fulfillment order card is the same as the "Seller's SKU" in the Wildberries personal account

2. Based on the barcode. When you chose this method, make sure that each WB product barcode is added to the list of Fulfillment product barcodes.

How to obtain a username and password (link)

Click "Create" -> "Wildberries"

Fill out the configuration form:

Field	Description
Name	Any convenient form
Store	Select your store from the Fulfillment personal account
Warehouse	Select the required warehouse from the list. If the list is empty, it is possible that you haven't completed the first steps to start working in Fulfillment: https://cdekff.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/folders/69000132524 Step 4 contains a link to guidelines on how to create a virtual warehouse
Sender	Select sender from the list
Product match field	Select a convenient SKU or barcode (see the detailed explanation in "Preparation of goods" above)
Extra comments	Brief message that will be seen at the warehouse during order collection
WILDBERRIES API key	Access key for API, a link to the page with its location can be found in the field hint (see the location of the key in the screenshot below). Make sure that key type is "Standard". If your account has already been switched over to the new key management scheme, make sure that the following functions are enabled when the key is created: 1. Content 2. Marketplace "Read-only" must be unchecked
ID of the WB warehouse	ID of the warehouse where integration will take place, from https://seller.wildberries.ru/marketplace-pass/warehouses. If there are no warehouses, create a new one with an arbitrary name. Enter the warehouse to which fulfillment makes the delivery: https://help.ffcdek.ru/support/solutions/articles/69000826611

Synchronization of balances — hourly balance transfer from Fulfillment to WB for the selected warehouse. Only balances created under "Balance management" in the WB personal account are synchronized to avoid creating balances for those goods that are not planned to be sold via integration. WB balances can be created and checked on this page: https://seller.wildberries.ru/marketplace-remains-of-goods-new/remains
Downloading orders: every hour, integration receives a list of orders with the "New" status for the selected warehouse, generates a shipment and creates an order in Fulfillment for each assembly task, enclosing all necessary documents.

After the integration is created, it can be edited, deleted, or temporary disabled. All operations are performed in the same service where the integration is created.
